Friendly staff who spoke enough English to make us feel welcome. Swimming pool was just being revamped during our stay (it would have been too cold anyway) but will be a great attraction in the summer, especially for families. Quiet location set back a little from the major road leading into the city. Newly renovated bathroom in our room, which was spacious enough for two days. A huge supermarket is located straight in front of the hotel, one minute walk!

Location is not exactly central. We had a car so that made a trip to the inner city fast, on foot it would probably take a good half hour or so. We had trouble finding the hotel as we drove into town from one side, we noticed signage coming in from the other side of town. Our room had the bedroom in a loft set-up with fairly steep stairs so people need to be able to cope with that, especially if they have to get up during the night to go to the bathroom.

We recently stayed at Balladins during a house move and it was a great experience. the hotel was cheap, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect choice for a one-night stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the layout of the hotel was open and pleasant. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. the air-conditioning was a bonus, especially during the hot weather. We also enjoyed the convenience of ample parking. the highlight of our stay was the fantastic swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area. It was the perfect way to relax and pamper ourselves after a challenging cycling event.

convenient location whilst travelling through france.

At time of visit it was extremely hot in the region;the room did have air conditioning,but the upper part of the family room was poorly ventilated. Air con did not service this area and it was stuffy and not comfortable in the heat.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The layout of the hotel was open and airy, giving it a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Our room was unbelievably comfortable, and with the hot weather, the air-conditioning was an absolute lifesaver. We were pleasantly surprised by the abundance of convenient parking. And let me tell you, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area were absolutely mind-blowing! After completing a grueling 109-kilometer bike ride, my tired legs were in heaven with the pampering they received. The overall experience was truly unforgettable and left us wanting more.

Swimming pool was out of action along with the Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room along with no discount! If this hotel didn't have a pool I would not have booked it, unfortunately I wasn't aware that it was a none English speaking hotel, which is obviously not there issue its mine, but it did make things difficult. Breakfast was very expensive, at 7€ per person for a continental breakfast where the pastries were all crushed was very disappointing. Booked.net should've made it clear that the leisure facilities were under maintenance.

Decor, Brown and lime green awful. Beds low , small and hard. Away from town. Would have moved hotels if possible.

Located in a convenient shopping area with easy access to a supermarket, this hotel features a lovely pool and helpful staff. Rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, and some also have recently renovated bathrooms. the hotel's restaurant serves a continental breakfast, and the receptionist is available to provide maps and information about local attractions.

The pool may not always be in operation, so it's best to check ahead of time.

The hotel had a nice little pool, which was great for relaxing and cooling off. It was also conveniently located close to a shopping mall, making it easy to grab any essentials or do some shopping. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

The main downside was the smell of old smoke in the room, which was quite unpleasant. It seemed like the carpet needed to be replaced to get rid of the odor.

We had a great stay in this hotel with clean and spacious rooms. There was easy parking available, even when the hotel car park was full. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was also very good. We particularly enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion and was pleased to find that they provided amenities such as an iron and ironing board upon request. The staff were helpful and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for my work.

One service that I missed for my work was a business center or designated workspace. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated area where I could have easily set up my laptop and worked in a quiet environment.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the clean and tidy rooms with efficient heating and great bathroom facilities. The hotel's convenient location, close to a large supermarket and main roads, made it easy to get around and run errands. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help us with any requests or inquiries we had.

The breakfast quality was average, and there was a limited variety of food to choose from. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected to the internet.
